What are Fine Art School Portraits?

Fine Art School Portraits are a modern approach to the traditional school photos with a boutique experience. As a parent, in past traditional school pictures, I often received images that were not representative of my child as they were asked for a quick smile and their image then placed on trendy backdrops.

A difference in the fine art school portraits is they will have a classic black background for the individual images. In my photography business I pride myself in capturing timeless, classic and emotive portraits. For these reasons children will not be forced to offer a cheesy grin but rather to be themselves without ever being forced to smile. The images I capture are natural and reflect your child right now in a relaxed environment.

Boutique sounds expensive - are the images expensive?

My rates are competitive and most importantly, there is no cost up front prior to previewing your images. All profit is made from ordering. As no two people are alike I offer a variety of collections for purchase as well as a-la-carte products to meet everyone's individual needs. I donate 10% of profits to the schools that I photograph as a way to give back to the community.

When do you offer the Fine Art School Photo Sessions?

I schedule sessions any time throughout the school year depending on the individual school's needs. Examples are some schools like sessions in both the fall and spring while others prefer once an academic year. A benefit of my sessions is they are customized to each individual school.

How do we sign our school up for Fine Art School Portraits?

I would be honored to work with your school. Please visit the contact page of my website so that I may be in touch to schedule.

Thank you so much for your interest! I look forward to working with you and your school!
